		  A postcard, postmarked "Toronto, Ontario - July 11, 1939," bearing a message in L.M. Montgomery's handwriting addressed to "Mr. Geo. B. MacMillan". George Boyd MacMillan (1881-1953) a journalist and writer of verse and song lyrics, who resided for most of his life Alloa, Scotland, had a voluminous correspondence from ca. 1903 until 1941 (shortly before her death). PARTIAL TRANSCRIPT: "Otherwise known as 'Pellatt's Folly.' A millionaire's whim. He went bankrupt after building it. It as a show place now and very interesting. Wonderful view from tower. Hope you have a nice holiday. L.M.M."
